Anarchy Corporation and the World

    It all started when The Hoax videos came out, and there was a two year delay in the third world. The second step was buying the video tape, which in Brazil cost about $35. Even with the high price it was worth it just to see Ed bust out some big airs and Brook fall on his ass. Years have gone by, and skating in most third world countries is just as advanced as skating in the USA. Skaters every single day are pushing the limits for no reason other than the love for the sport. Skaters who work half a year, if not more, just so they can buy a used skate from some rich kid and keep pushing the sport.
    Skating has became a social class sport, and in most of the world only rich people can skate with good equipment. Skates in the third world do not get to the kids for the same price as it gets to skaters in the United States. If the money currency changes were not enough of a problem there is still import taxation, federal express, and buying through the net, which requires an international credit card. Things are not easy, but they are still out there busting out tricks on handrails, getting the shit beat out of them by corrupt over powered cops, and sometimes getting their skates stolen by street kids facing the dangerous gangs found in some places like the city of Rio De Janeiro in Brazil. They are still out there skating, and some people do not understand the whole purpose behind Anarchy Corporation, and they think it is stupid to be adding people we have never met from all around the world to the crew.
    The truth must be said that Anarchy Corporation was brought to life so that no matter where every skater can have a chance of showing his/her art of rolling on the net, and so these skaters can feel cared about and respected. The further we head towards the future the less skaters still roll in the third world, because we live in years of capitalism and people only expect things to grow where money can be brought and/or found. Anarchy Corporation is different, the main reason for us to exist is for the skaters all over the globe. Skaters here have a place on the web to feel special, feel respected, and most of all show others all over the globe their art of rolling. One thing is true, rolling is all about rolling and nothing else. Congratulations to all the true skaters in the world that no matter where they are taking rolling to its limits for personal pleasure and for the sport itself.     For those skaters that do not have access to a computer there is not much we can do to help you at this point, but that will change.
